Dosage and How to Use Lactonose Plus

• Two sprays in each nostril, twice daily for children aged 6-12 years.
• Two sprays in each nostril, 2-3 times daily for children aged 12-18 years.
• Two sprays in each nostril, 3-4 times daily for adults.
  Shake the bottle before use.
